How to purchase a domain

Here at Torrch, our clients own their domains. A domain is often intertwined with a client's web presence and we want to make sure they have full control. This allows our clients to shop around, purchase additional domains, and even change their domain if they wish. 

To start, we highly recommend that you use GoDaddy as your registrar! GoDaddy provides a great article talking about things to consider when purchasing a domain and how to purchase a domain on their platform: https://www.godaddy.com/garage/how-to-buy-a-domain-name/ 

If you just want to take a look at what is available before diving in, you can search for available domains here: https://www.godaddy.com/domains/domain-name-search 

Once you have purchased your domain, a Torrch team member will sign into your account and point your domain to our servers. This process will allow us to connect our new website to your domain!
